Eileen is back from her six month cooking course at Raki Raki and we’re all enjoying the results. Eileen has been one of our cooks here at Daku for 2 years, and won a scholarship to the hospitality school training programme. She loved the experience, and learnt a huge amount about presentation, serving, and of course – cooking.
We’ve always prided ourselves on the quality and generosity of the buffet dinners we serve – Fijian, seafood, Indian, Chinese – but now we’ll be starting to produce some really first class three course dinners.
We’re also giving a lot of attention to our vegetarian menus. Our guests on yoga courses in particular tend to eat vegetarian diets, and we’re providing a broader and more varied choice of vegetarian meals. I’ll post some menus before long!
